This is a confidential service for employees and their family members. The program provides free, confidential counseling and resources for assistance in areas such as personal and relationship issues, legal issues, financial issues, parenting and family counseling.
Vans has an onsite lunch vendor that sells food cooked to order. With a different menu every week, many of our employees grab lunch and enjoy it in the lunch room with others. There are also healthy snack options available, such as almonds or fruits.
Our onsite gym is available for all corporate employees and contains equipment such as treadmills, weight machines, free weights, punching bags, and more. With individual showers, employees can enjoy a good workout before work, at lunch, or after work.
Under the plan, employees may contribute a part of their salary and defer taxes until retirement. For the first 6% of your salary that you contribute to the retirement plan, Vans will match 50% of the amount. (Some limitations may apply based on IRS regulations.)
The Company Retirement Contribution feature is part of the VF Retirement Savings Plan. Each eligible employee is automatically enrolled in the retirement contribution feature. VF makes quarterly contributions to the Plan to provide additional financial security upon retirement. Other details/qualifications apply.

This benefit is a well-known income deferral plan designed to allow you the opportunity to set aside pre-tax income to pay for non-reimbursed medical expenses, company provided health care premiums, and qualified dependent daycare expenses.
Vans provides a group life insurance policy at no cost to the employee. Employees have the option to purchase additional coverage. Vans also offers accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance through payroll deduction.
