Director, Enterprise Program Management: Become the Newest Member of the Vans Family

Manager, CLM Activation & Analytics: Become the Newest Member of the Vans Family
The Consumer Lifecycle Management department at Vans consists of two groups:
- Loyalty: This team manages the “Vans Family” loyalty program. The program empowers us to better understand our consumers and in turn enables us to deliver more personalized brand experiences.
- Analytics & Activation: By tapping into consumer data from all transactional and experiential brand touch points, this team creates consumer knowledge and provides relevant and actionable insights to the organization. In this role, you will formulate concepts, execute and design against them for integrated campaigns across print, film, outdoor and digital. Director of Planning: Become the Newest Member of the Vans Family
Be ready to take part in driving our direct to consumer business. As Director of Planning, you will be part of our retail leadership team, and you will collaborate with Merchandising and Allocation to oversee development and implementation of strategy for retail stores (both full price and outlet) as well as partnering with the eCommerce channel. The Americas Team Manager is responsible for overseeing all planning and logistics of the Americas Team Athletes within the Action Sports categories. This scope includes strong partnership with the Global and Americas Marketing teams to ensure the athlete strategy is properly represented and aligned upon.

In this position you will support the maintenance and repairs program for over 800 retail stores and showrooms in North America, as well as office services for the Vans Headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA. - Review and approve invoices, process weekly electronic Invoice reports for each brand, and process weekly electronic invoicing into accounts payable. Establish maintenance and repair budgets for all locations, manage and maintain the month end accrual process and reporting for each brand/business unit.
- Create and manage Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) between VF and Service Providers; Manage the relationships with current Service Providers to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while remaining cost effective; Negotiate service level policies, procedures, costs, and review RFPs to ensure alignment and compliance with VF standards and expectations.
- Utilize “Service Automation Tools” by creating reports and manage data to increase our overall customer service satisfaction (KPI’s), minimize and reduce costs where possible, identifying and deploying cost avoidance measures and drive process improvements. Utilize ServiceChannel’s Fixxbook and Scout vendor management tools to increase trade performance and reduce costs.
