Vans Public Relations Seeding Intern: Become the Newest Member of the Vans Family
As the Vans Public Relations Seeding Intern will assist in delivering all the tools needed to publicize Vans’ products including footwear, apparel and accessories. Utilizes public relations, digital and organization skills to elevate Vans’ owned products to media, key opinion leaders and celebrities. The purpose of this position is to raise the profile of the Vans Brand and help with the sell-through of Vans products through the use of product seeding to targeted influencers.
How You Will Make a Difference:
- You will assist in all aspects of key story seeding.
- You will have the opportunity to work on four large scale seeding initiatives per season from start to finish.
- Create PR seeding deadlines calendar.
- Work on overall ideation of the elevated seeding kit, research and development of vendor contacts.
- Work directly with Vans Creative Services team managing trackers, assembly of seeding kits, budget tracking and influencer research.

- Track the ROI/media impression and developing a recap to establish the success of each project.

3D Footwear Design Intern: Become the Newest Member of the Vans Family

As the 3D Footwear Design Intern, you will have the fun and unique opportunity to create and develop digital materials for 3D use. You will collaborate with the footwear designers to create models to showcase designs. Loyalty Platform Manager: Become the Newest Member of the Vans Family
As Loyalty Platform Manager you will be responsible for managing the implementation of new features and capabilities to the program. In this role, you will manage the product strategy and execution for the Vans Family loyalty program. You will work closely with partner teams that include user experience design, business development, marketing program management, and engineering to bring new products to market. Within Vans’ Consumer Lifecycle Management department, the loyalty team is responsible for all aspects of the “Vans Family” loyalty program. The program empowers us to better understand our consumers and in turn enables us to deliver more relevant brand experiences. This exciting opportunity plays a critical role in the on-going evolution of the loyalty program and member experiences across Vans. You will gather business requirements for high-impact projects on the loyalty roadmap, coordinate with owners of other technology roadmaps (such as eCommerce or store technology), proactively identify solutions to potential obstacles and ensure the projects’ successful completion. This opportunity will partner closely with key business functions, such stores, eCommerce, marketing, technology, and external vendors. The Project Manager currently supports the program in North America but may expand by taking on global responsibilities over time.

East Coast Environmental Design Production Manager: Become the Newest Member of the Vans Family
As the Production Manager, you will be based close to New York City, and rooted in special events for Retail, Wholesale and Marketing; print and build production of elevated marketing displays for our Elevated Retail locations; and on-site management of installs and setup. You will bring a strong foundation in managing display builds and working with vendors in that space. In this position, you will travel and execute projects in our New York and Chicago retail locations, plus events all over the East Coast (and beyond). You will bring a high level of passion and understanding for the design process to work closely with our team of Environmental Designers and our vendors. Your love for the process will only further your ability to develop and refine it, as the needs of the business dictate. Director, DTC Supply Chain: Become the Newest Member of the Vans Family
The Director Operations Direct to Consumer is responsible for establishing a shared vision and leading process and metric improvements across the supply chain for the Vans DTC business (inclusive of company-owned stores and e-commerce). The individual in this role serves as a key leader in collaborating with the Vans DTC teams (Merchandising, Planning, Allocations, e-commerce, Store Operations) to optimize the supply chain service capability unique to the retail model. Identify and drive company initiatives to improve operational flexibility, speed to market and innovation. Research, design and implement innovative processes and procedures that will foster improvement of the DTC supply chain, responsiveness, in-stock percentage and on-time service.
Build relationships and partner with the Vans DTC and supply chain teams to identify processes that could be leveraged to create organizational synergies. Influence supply planning activities, including the design and implementation of strategies to make supply chain a competitive advantage for Vans DTC. Drive metric improvements across forecast accuracy, inventory levels, on-time performance and other elements of the supply chain score card. Provide insights of the company's operations creating a level of global understanding by formalizing the communication between DTC Operational needs and Supply Chain.
Develop an efficient and effective operations model to support growth in DTC including Omnichannel. Focus on DTC ecommerce model to ensure optimal growth and inventory support. Identify operational strategies and tactics that will support long term sustainable growth that focus on improving responsiveness, i.e. Lead Time Reduction, Improve Basics Replenishment, and Quick Turn Read and React programs.
Partner with the retail team to improve the DTC inventory model from an operations perspective that is the primary driver for open-to-buy modeling and all financial projections. Provide subject matter expertise on merchandising and inventory strategies in a multi-DC environment. Learn and leverage the proprietary Product Flow Model to identify and quantify inventory-productivity improvements.
Partner with the Vans and VF Distribution and Logistics teams to create innovative strategies to enable and drive DTC success. Including but not limited to Distribution Network Strategy, Multi-DC strategy and execution, new approaches to store fulfillment and delivery, methods to measure and improve e-commerce fulfillment and exceed customer expectations.
Ensure that the monthly inventory projection and the ongoing position of the Inventory KPIs (Days of Supply on Hand, Inventory Turns and Inventory $) meet inventory plan and VF long-range goals. Proactively work to understand latest market trends and supply dynamics while anticipating impact on the inventory plan for DTC. Play a key leadership role in the S&OP process and communication to leadership team members on DTC inventory performance.
Act as a coach and mentor to direct and indirect reports. Educate leadership to tradeoffs between stocking models & shelf positions with financial objectives. Serve as a thought leader regarding inventory policy and S&OP process related to DTC. Drive partnership with Retail and Supply area leaders to anticipate changes in business dynamics.

As a Construction Manager, you are responsible for all aspects of Store Construction within the assigned brand(s) (Vans, The North Face, Timberland, Kipling, Icebreaker, Dickies, Work Authority, Smartwool). Market Loss Prevention Manager: Become the Newest Member of the Vans Family
As the Market Loss Prevention Manager, you will have the critical function to support an entire market and serve as the subject matter expert in loss mitigation. You will have the great responsibility to own and oversee all matters and investigations of internal and external theft. 7. Investigate, interview, and resolve all issues related to internal and external theft in the market.
